If you have lost your smart phone or it's been stolen please contact email@example.com immediately.
If you had saved your Authentication application register key or the QR code while you were setting up the Authenticator application you can setup your Authenticator application using that register key or the QR Code.
If you didn't save the register key or the QR Code or lost it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request switching to SMS authentication. Support team will ask documents to prove your identity. 24 hours after following the identity verification, you'll be able to log in using SMS authentication. (You'll receive an SMS when 24 hours period started) If you would like, you can switch to Authenticator, after you log in with SMS code.
If you didn't save the register key or the QR Code or lost it and you have a Level 2 account please contact email@example.com for manuel recovery options.
If you didn't save the register key or the QR Code or lost it and you have a Level 1 account, unfortunately there are no options to recover your Authenticator.
If you have an active session on another device please change your account password and terminate other sessions at Security > Device Management. This will prevent any unwanted access to your account.
