In case you do not have access to your account with your SMS Verification method, we kindly ask you to send the following information and documents to the email@example.com e-mail address to change of your verification method from SMS to Authenticator via your registered e-mail address in the system.
- Front side of your identity document (ID Card)
- Phone number registered on your BtcTurk account
- Proof of address, obtained on the same day via e-devlet
- A photo of you, with your face visible, holding your ID card and a declaration that reads
You can take your residence document via the link below. Your document should be taken on the day you send it to us. You can take your document upon personal request or to submit to BtcTurk.
We request your selfie photo taken with your face visible holding your declaration and ID Card after write a declaration as stated below. You should be careful about clarity of your face, ID information and signed declaration at photo.

After sharing documents above to us correctly, your verification method will be changed within an average of 1 hour. You will be notified by SMS and e-mail when your verification method is changed. In the meantime, install the Authenticator application on your device.
After your verification method is changed to Authenticator, you must log in to your account via the website with your e-mail and password.
At this stage, you will see the screen with your QR code. After clicking the "+" symbol in the lower right corner of the Authenticator application, click on the "Scan QR Code" section. Scan your QR code with the opened camera. You can log in to your account by typing the code generated on behalf of BtcTurk into the "Security Code" field.
If you are using a mobile application, we kindly ask you to log out of your account using the "Account>Logout" tab. You can then complete the above-mentioned steps by logging in with your e-mail and password.
Your withdrawals will be temporarily frozen for 24 hours for the security of your account as the verification method is very critical.
*If your identity or declaration cannot be read, your request will be rejected. For this reason, we recommend you to take a photo of you while hoding your identity and declaration with the back camera of your smartphone with support of somebody else.
